About Me
My name is Vladimir Shmondenko aka Anatoly, I was born in a small village in Ukraine. From childhood I saw professional bodybuilders and dreamed of being like them. I burned so much with my dream that I made a gym at home from improvised materials and began to train. Then I had only a goal and a dream, I wanted to become a professional athlete and be a sports influencer. My dream and my hard work led me to what I have today
